What is Chunky Systems

Chunky Systems is a fitness membership platform for beginners starting from zero. The entry programme, Prologue, is a 365-day bodyweight training system built around five pillars: Mobility, Coordination, Strength, Cardiovascular, and Recovery. Members train daily, track habits and progress in a 365-day activity grid, and are tested every four to five weeks against clear pass-or-fail standards. Graduation requires 100% across all five pillars and takes a minimum of nine months. Members who graduate gain access to the wider Chunky Systems platform.

The Founder

I'm Will.

I weigh 170kg and I'm training for an Ironman.

I wasn't always broken. I was strong — genuinely strong. Gym strong. The kind of strong where you move heavy things and feel untouchable.

Then I started training for an Ironman and my body told me the truth. My mobility was gone. My joints had nothing. I was powerful in a cage and useless outside of it.

So I stripped everything back. No shortcuts, no ego. I gave myself one job — build a real foundation. Tendons. Ligaments. Mobility from head to toe. Get everything in sync before I ask it to carry me through Ironman volume.

That's the Prologue. 365 days. Not arbitrary — that's what I needed. It's the work nobody wants to do because it doesn't look impressive. But it's the only reason the rest is possible.

Chunky Systems exists because I needed it and it didn't exist. Every product I ship, I test on myself first. The bar is hard because soft bars don't hold.

What is Chunky Systems?

Chunky Systems is a fitness membership platform built around structured training journeys. Prologue is the entry programme — a 365-day bodyweight system built on five pillars. Members who graduate from Prologue gain access to the wider Chunky Systems platform. The founder documents his own training publicly.

What are the five pillars?

Mobility, Coordination, Strength, Cardiovascular, and Recovery. All five are trained throughout the programme and tested every four to five weeks. Graduation requires a 100% pass rate across all five pillars — not four out of five, not a cumulative average.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings in two taps. No dark patterns. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Your data and progress are retained for 90 days — if you return within that window, you pick up where you left off.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Prologue is 100% bodyweight. You need floor space. The programme is built around what your body can do, not what you can buy. No gym membership, no wearable required.

How long does it take to graduate?

The minimum is nine months — 270 days of active training. Most members graduate between months nine and fourteen. Some take longer. Graduation happens when you pass all five pillars with 100% of the required results. It cannot be rushed.

What if I miss a day?

The grid records it honestly. A missed day is a missed day — the programme does not penalise you beyond that. What matters is the pattern over time. A chain of 87 days with one gap is still 87 days of work.

I have an injury. Can I still do this?

Onboarding asks about injuries and the programme adjusts where possible. Prologue is not medical advice — if you are post-surgery or managing a serious injury, consult your doctor first. The programme is built to help you grow, not to harm you.

What happens to my progress if I pause or cancel?

Your data is yours. If you cancel and return within 90 days, everything is where you left it — day count, journal entries, metrics, badge progress. After 90 days, accounts are archived but data is retained. Contact us and we will restore it.
