Three habits a day.
That’s it.
That’s the system.
I started at 170kg and I’m training for an Ironman. This tracker is how I’m staying consistent — and I’m making it free for anyone who needs the same thing.
I'm Will.
I started this journey at 170kg. The goal? Three Ironman triathlons before I turn 40. If you're not familiar, that's a 3.8km swim, a 180km ride, and then a full marathon on top. Three times over. Big goal. I know. That's the point.
Now, some context — because I'm probably not who you'd picture. I'm a qualified personal trainer. I spent years coaching, helped hundreds of clients lose weight and hit their goals, and did it myself in powerlifting, combat sports and body comp. I know the programming, the periodisation, what the research actually says versus what Instagram says.
And I still ended up at 170kg. That should tell you something important: knowledge isn't the problem. It never was.
My problem was consistency. I've started journeys like this before, full of motivation — and every time, something shinier came along and off I went. Then I traded coaching for a desk job, Covid hit, and the kilos quietly stacked up. If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
So I built myself a tracker. Three habits a day, logged every day. Why only three? Because I know myself. I've got a family, a full-time job, training — some days I genuinely forget to drink water. Ten habits is a fantasy. Three is doable. And three things done every single day will take you further than you'd believe.
I use it every day. When I miss, the streak shows it. That honesty is the whole engine.
Here's the thing though — this isn't really about me. I reckon there are heaps of people in the same boat: you already know what to do, you just can't seem to do it consistently. You don't need more information. You need a simple system and an honest record. That's what this is, and it's free. Not a trial. Free.
If that sounds like what you've been missing, jump on the waitlist.
Common questions.
What is Chunky Systems?
A habit tracker I built for myself while training for an Ironman. Three habits, logged daily, honest streak. Everything gets tested on me first — if it doesn't survive my week, it doesn't ship.
How does it work?
Pick three habits. Log them every day. The tracker keeps your streak and shows your pattern over time. No badges, no confetti, no motivational score. Just the truth — which, trust me, is more motivating than any of that stuff anyway.
Why only three habits?
Because I've watched it play out hundreds of times — with clients and with myself. Try to change ten things at once and you'll change nothing. Three habits done daily beats ten done sometimes, every single time. It's not a limitation. It's the reason this works.
Who's it for?
Honestly? People like me. You already know what you should be doing — you don't need another plan or another guru. You need a way to actually show up every day, and a record you can't argue with.
Why is it free?
Because I built it for me first and it costs next to nothing to run. I'd rather have a thousand people using it and telling me what's broken than a paywall in front of an empty room.
When can I use it?
I'm testing it right now, on myself, daily. Waitlist gets it first — and your feedback shapes what ships.
